2021 Fountaine Pajot Isla 40' - FOR SALE USD $599k, location ST. Augustine, FL or Bahamas. I am selling my owners version Isla 40 after 3 years of sailing and >10K nm with my wife and 2 daughters. We love the FP, but we have decided it is time for a larger FP. The boat is currently in the Bahamas. The boat will return to USA - St. Augustine, FL in late May, then it we will bring it up to the Chesapeake Bay, in VA for annual haul-out slotted for 17JUN24 (unless sold by then). US duty is paid. For new boat owners, I am happy to help deliver the boat to any location in the Bahamas, a US-east coast destination or somewhere in-between. Alternatively, I can spend several days with new owners to sail at a desired local location and walk new owners through the systems, teach sailing skills, etc...The boat has approx. 1100 hrs on the engines and the Onan 7.5KW generator. The boat was meticulously maintained, I logged everything (sailing, engine svc/maintenance, generator, watermaker, etc...). SPECS: The Isla 40 is 40' length and 22' beam. It's the newer version of the Lucia, before that it was the Lipari. All the standard pictures and specs can be found on the Fountaine Pajot website, but I can also share digital copies of all the diagrams, manuals, etc… I have listed the key things that I would want to know about if I was buying catamaran and I posted some photos. (2) Power/Solar/Batteries: 7.5KW Onan generator, 110v system, 725 Watts Solar, 600amphr Victron lithium house bank + 110amphr AGM (x3 – one for each engine and one for generator), 4 Victron MPPT solar controllers, Victron 2000watt multicompact plus, 2 cyrix-Li-ct (this is so that the alternators can charge the lithium house bank as max amps without gassing the AGMs and no need for DC to DC charges, this is FP recommended set up); Cerbo, Gx Touch 70, etc… (3) Electronics: Garmin 8410 chart plotters (x2 – one at the helm and one in the salon), GMI 20 display (x2); Garmin Auto pilot / GHC 20 Display / Reactor 40; G-Wind / DND10 black box; Airmar DST 810 Smart Transducer; GMX54 Sirius Antenna for radio & real time weather overlay on chart plotter, Shakespeare cellular booster, fusion radio, extra 110 outlets in heads, bedrooms, kitchen and saloon navigation station, additional DC outlet in cockpit, galvanic isolator 110v (x2) (4) Engines/Props: Upgraded volvo D130SD (30HP x2), volvo penta folding props, and ropestripper line cutters (5) Water Related: 140 gallon fresh water tank, fresh and saltwater washdown connections in anchor locker, hot & cold outdoor shower at stbd aft, Slice acquabase low consumption 12v 65l watermaker; splendid washer & vented dryer; freshwater heads, water heater.
