Your right to data deletion

If you signed in to CatamaransForSale.net using Facebook Login, you can request that we delete all personal data we hold about you at any time. This includes your profile information, saved searches, listings, and any other data associated with your account.

What data we store

• Name and email address provided via Facebook Login
• Profile information (phone, WhatsApp, company name)
• Boat listings and classified ads you have created
• Saved search preferences
• Inquiry messages sent or received
• Email communication logs

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your data, please send an email to:

Please include the email address associated with your account so we can locate and delete your data. We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation once complete.

What happens after deletion

• Your account and profile will be permanently removed
• All listings and classified ads associated with your account will be deleted
• Saved searches and preferences will be erased
• You will no longer be able to sign in with that account

Note: some data may be retained for a limited period where required by law (e.g. financial transaction records).
